Language & Job Training

To work smoothly in Japan, candidates must attend Japanese language classes and specialized job training courses.

Step 2

Examination & Assessment

After completing the training courses, candidates must take the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT / JFT) and the specific Tokutei (SSW) skills exams required for their employment.

Step 3

Interviews & Documentation

We connect you with Japanese employers for interviews. Once you pass, we will guide you through the employment contract signing and medical check-up processes.

Step 4

COE & Japan Visa

We manage the waiting process for your Certificate of Eligibility (COE). Once approved by the Japanese authorities, we will handle your Japan Embassy Visa application.

Step 5

Departure to Japan

We arrange all necessary pre-departure logistics from the respective country, enabling you to travel to Japan and successfully start your new career.

Language Requirement

Must pass JLPT N4 Level or JFT A2 Level (conversational skills are required).

Skills Certificate

Must hold a valid Tokutei Ginou (SSW) certificate for the respective industry. (Note: For certain industries, candidates can take the SSW exam after passing the job interview).
